Helena Day Breese

I'm a spontaneous photographer shooting anything that catches my eye. I'm drawn to the unusual events that will create an interesting image or a new angle on a much photographed scene. And then there are always the beautiful, fleeting scenes I witness that make me reach for my camera, hoping I can capture that moment forever in my shot.

My work has been exhibited at the Royal Academy of Art Summer Show in the UK as well as the Summer Art Wave Exhibition in East Sussex, UK. Published work includes "Guys and Garages" 2008, Globe Pequot Press - a photographic essay exploring 50 men and their garage spaces and in the Santa Barbara News Press.
